The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to most MRT lines. Quiet location. Bathroom design is brilliant. Nice to sit out on the terrace for a drink or have breakfast. Gym is fantastic, probably the best hotel gym I've every used.

The location of the hotel is just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our breakfasts with a local cuisine twist were delicious. The room itself was very comfortable.

The hotel let me very sad, not clean and not replace towel, breakfast is so expensive but not many different styles, everyday almost same. The room is not Sound insulation, you can hear another rooms sound. The staff is not professional and no smile.

We love the location and that it is not a huge hotel, but overseeable and in the midst of green and a park in this big city.We really appreciate the efforts of the staff who made all possible to let us enjoy our stay.It was personal , while being very professional.

The location is lovely if you like being in nature. My partner and I stayed here two nights for a simple wedding at the ROM and a tea ceremony in the room with immediate family. It was a good choice for a fuss free wedding, with a shoot in the morning, the ROM appointment in the evening and a dinner in the Somerset area. I recommend picking a Premium room on the third floor and an adjoining Deluxe room for family stays. The Premium rooms on the second floor are lacklustre - dark, with no view (even though it says "Garden view"). The city view rooms are the ones that have the nicer view, but those are all Deluxe rooms with the toilet/bathroom area facing the courtyard.

Overall, our stay was excellent and was what we had hoped for. Quiet and tranquil surrounds and a good location close to restaurants (Clarke Quay) and Transport (MRT)

Location right need Clarke Quay was perfect. The pool, gym and Spa were amazing. Location is away from Orchard road and very peaceful surroundings
